The Greater Victoria region has a combined population of almost 312,000, according to the 2001 Canadian census [1]. The region comprises two of the fifteen most populous municipalities in British Columbia (Saanich, at number seven, and Victoria at number thirteen). James Bay 不错,我在那里住了一年, 基本天天骑自行车上班.

No bad neighborhood in Victoria, that's true.
住哪里都挺好,我晚上睡觉很少锁门的，嘻嘻.
和温哥华(本年度犯罪之都)形成了极大的反差.

离开避难所(China Town 西边顶头,靠海)远一点就行了,
所以没有哪个区靠近它,放心住好了.
